With over 24 years of experience in the property rental industry, we have the knowledge and experience when the unfortunate necessity of eviction is presented. Eviction is an unfortunate part of our business as we aquire properties for our clients demands. As a business, we are not emotional where eviction is concerned. We are swift, legal and responsive to the court system.
Our Commitment
As we own all of our properties, we are able to build long lasting relationships with many tenants staying with us for many many years. Once we find a property, we will issue a tenant with papers confirming our process and an offer to vacate amicably. We will also assist with costs to move if the tenant vacates in our timeline. We strongly encourge tenants to seek legal advice and understand the powers afforded to landlords. We also advise tenants not to rely on google searches where lots of incorrect information is unfortuantely misleading.
Eviction Process
Eviction costs around £1200 - £2000 depending upon several factors. We will always give the exsisting tenant the option to move out amicably first. We will endeavour to do as much as we can calmly and fairly, however, we will not be delayed in the process due to emotional or stalling tactics we have seen many times before. We encourage tenants to find alternative accomodation ASAP after they are advised we will be evicting. We have a 100% success rate in eviction processing.
